La première note jouée sur le "A" dure jusqu'au sommet de la pyramide. C'est une croche.   
The first note played on the "A" lasts all the way to the top of the pyramid. It's an eighth note.

La note jouée au sommet de la pyramide, interrompue au "z", sera une double croches.
The note played at the top of the pyramid, interrupted at “z”, will be a sixteenth note.

La note jouée à la lettre "z", interrompue au "B", sera également une double croches.
The note played at the letter "z", interrupted at "B", will also be a sixteenth note.
