The chord shapes listed below are intended to capture the way he plays things while fingerpicking.
In particular, pay attention to the chord descriptions for the instrumental passage before verse 3. I don't
know if G7sus2 and GmMaj7 are appropriate chords in context, but those were the names I could find for the
3-string voicings he appears to be playing at that point.

He plays all of the Fsus2 chords the same way he would an Fmaj7sus2, but I have only indicated Fmaj7sus2 in 
the spot where I can clearly hear him add the open high E string as part of his picking pattern.
