Capo 6 to play along with Passenger's official acoustic video: Attempt to capture chords and intro tab from the official acoustic video. The intro tab should be very close to what he plays and is repeated as the first instrumental section. The F* in the verse indicates a quick hammer-on from Fsus2 to F and the G5* indicates a hammer on from the open B string to the third fret. The notes in parentheses in the verses indicate individually played notes. For example, the F* (C) indicates that he hammers on to the F, playing only the root and the G string, followed by the single C note played on the B string. Similarly, Em (B) indicates that he pinches the Em chord with the top note on the G string, followed by the single B note on the B string. He seems to play the descending pattern at the end of the chorus differently in the acoustic version than he does in the full band version. In order to match the piano part in the album version, some of the F Gsus4 G passages at the end of the line in the chorus would actually be played as F Gsus4 G G5. Oddly, in the final chorus on "drawn in like a moth to the flame," he is playing C to C/B in the video, which matches some places in the album version. However, I have listed the chord as a G instead of C/B, as he plays in the rest of this acoustic version, because I can clearly hear the third fret of the low E string being played.
