I played this song using different chord positions, for example:

I could have done the first A sequence (A – A/G# - A/G) like this:

        And the second:

 The “Bm – D” part is a normal B minor chord in seventh fret
And the D is played:  { 10 9 7 7 7 x }    just a G mayor position with a bar :-P
